My son totaled our car while we were out of town. I panicked when I got home on what I was going to do to get it out of the tow yard as quickly as possible as soon as I arrived back in the Chicago area. I called Victory Auto Wreckers and they were able to quickly book an appointment, came at the start of the time window they gave me and the driver called an hour beforehand so I could have plenty of time to get to the tow yard. It was the most pleasant and painless process I have had and would recommend them to everyone! The driver was extremely polite and professional. Took about 30 minutes from start to finish with getting the car and completing the paperwork and my nightmare getting my car out of the tow yard was finally over! Thank you Victory!
